As Coordinator, you will be instrumental in establishing outstanding provision across Business Studies, IT, and Computing, from KS3 through to A Level. Your responsibilities will include: Accountability for student progress and development, ensuring high achievement targets are met. Maintaining and enhancing the quality of teaching and learning through continuous development. Providing an engaging, relevant, and differentiated curriculum that aligns with the academy's vision. Effectively managing teaching staff, financial, and physical resources. Leading literacy development within the subject area to raise standards across the academy. The ideal candidate will possess: QTS (or equivalent) and a relevant undergraduate degree, with a minimum of three years' teaching experience, ideally including KS5. A strong understanding of National Curriculum requirements and experience in delivering high-quality INSET. Proven success in raising achievement as a subject leader or classroom practitioner. Excellent ICT skills and experience in integrating new technologies to enhance learning.
