A supportive two-form entry primary school in Barnet is seeking an experienced SENDCo to lead its SEND provision from September 2025.
Your Role as SENDCo:
* Champion and lead the school’s provision for students with SEND, ensuring every young person receives the tailored support they need to thrive.
* Oversee the creation, implementation, and review of EHCPs, working closely with teachers, families, and external agencies.
* Deliver training and guidance to staff, fostering a culture of inclusive teaching.
* Monitor progress and assess the impact of interventions to ensure exceptional outcomes for students with SEND.
