About the Role: The Marketing Operations Driver Clothing Executive is responsible for project managing driver styling planning and process for the Mercedes F1 Team. It involves working with the driver appointed stylists and team apparel partners to deliver clothing looks for collateral shoots, marketing appearances, trackside walk in looks and activations. It is also about managing relationships with our team clothing partner and driver management. Key Responsibilities: Managing non-technical driver apparel, clothing, and footwear including but not limited to: Driver personal clothing, Driver fitness clothing, Driver formal clothing, Driver lifestyle clothing, Driver travel clothing, Driver walk-in looks for F1 Paddock and Trackside, Driver marketing appearances Working with our Team Clothing Partner to agree clothing stock required, managing ordering, delivery, and storage of clothing. Working with Driver stylists on stock of white label products for drivers to wear, managing the delivery. Responsible for driver looks calendar and aligning with various stakeholders, including team clothing partners, Mercedes F1 marketing team and driver stylists. Ensure drivers clothing is aligned to Team Partner agreements and team, driver brands. Ensuring drivers do not wear any competitor brand logos. Working with driver stylists and our team clothing partner to ensure drivers wardrobes are stocked for all personal clothing requirements each season. Working with Mercedes F1 Marketing Team to identity requirements for clothing and create project timeline. Manage associated administration and budgets related to this project. Manage IWC watches inventory for drivers, management, and team ensuring IWC watches are used at all marketing engagements. Attend collateral shoots and events as required to provide driver looks and clothing management. Manage associated project budget. Essential Skills: Experience in managing marketing-based projects and activations. Experience in handling product, ideally merchandise. Demonstrable experience curating project timelines. Creation of Presentation materials and look books. Experience of relationship management. Candidate Profile: The successful candidate will have experience of working in a retail or marketing environment, with a project management skillset. You will thrive on working in a fast-paced, busy environment, possess excellent communication skills and have high levels of drive to be able to make decisions within a pressurised environment. You will have first-class organisational and time management skills and an acute attention to detail. The candidate will bring personality and creativity to this challenging role and be highly motivated to deliver against agreed targets. Flexibility in hours and approach is required, along with the ability to work under minimum supervision with a "can do" team attitude. The role will involve a mix of hybrid and on-site work, with travel to meetings and events as required.
