Job Title: Vendor Management Associate
Location: UK Brock Street – 3 days per week
Remuneration: Hourly rate To: £32.69
Contract Details: Temporary, 6 months
Responsibilities:
* Support the execution of daily operational work, coordinate and manage vendor users on proprietary localization tools and maintain approved vendor resource databases.
* Assist in performance management for a subset of l10n vendors, ensuring SLAs are met and addressing escalations and action plans.
* Contribute to the design and implementation of a scalable framework for standardised performance management across all vendors.
* Act as the point of contact for operations-related vendor issues, internally and externally, such as capacity planning, quality escalations, and special requests/projects.
* Summarise vendor issue trending for cross-functional consumption and represent the Voice of the Supplier in l10n programmes.
* Improve the "vendor experience" through surveys and addressing bugs or partnership issues.
* Collaborate with LMs and LPMs to set up and manage vendor Workplace groups.
* Establish effective communication channels with vendors and contribute to a long-term communication strategy.
* Liaise with Project Coordinators to resolve specific vendor issues.
* Assist in the establishment and monitoring of vendor/vendor programme ramp-up plans.
* Coordinate the onboarding and offboarding of vendor users and ensure their qualification on localization tools.
* Schedule and monitor vendor trainings as needed and maintain a database of vendors and resources.
* Generate leads for potential new vendor candidates and coordinate the vetting and testing process.
* Prepare proposals for vendor comparison and selection and lead the supplier registration process.
* Organise onboarding events and support the ramp-up plans for newly selected providers.
* Support the creation and maintenance of end-to-end process documentation, from candidate discovery to off-boarding.

* Effective verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously under pressure.
