We are looking for Contact Centre Advisors in central Leeds
Job Description
As a Contact Centre Advisor you will be first point of contact for lenders, borrowers and legal firms regarding the remortgage process.
You will be dealing with inbound calls assisting with a variety of enquiries ensuring these are resolved swiftly and promptly so the file can progress.
The role will be dealing with financial organisations to obtain information needed and you will work closely with other members of the business ensuring service level agreements are exceeded.
