The business has developed over 150 variations are experiencing excellent progress in the market. They have exciting growth plans to double the turnover over the next 5 years and they are currently looking for a Technical Sales Engineer to support with this. This dynamic role entails providing technical sales support and encouraging collaboration with all departments involved in delivering the turnkey product solutions offered. You will be entrusted as the primary liaison with clients, offering innovative solutions tailored to their unique business challenges.
Role & Responsibilities:
6. Guide customers throughout their entire sales journey, from initial inquiry to aftercare service.
7. Utilise extensive product knowledge to address customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
8. Interpret technical CAD drawings to help customers understand product specifications and requirements.
9. Collaborate with internal teams to enhance product knowledge and refine sales pitches.
10. Identify and nurture prospective customers, establishing long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
11. Negotiate tender and contract terms to align with both client and company needs.
12. Provide pre-sales technical assistance, product education, and ongoing after-sales support as required.
13. Collaborate closely with sales team members and technical experts to optimise customer engagement.
14. Assist in the design of custom-made products, ensuring alignment with customer specifications.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
15. Previous experience in a technical environment, preferably within sales or in a technical support role.
16. Demonstrated experience in sales or collaborating with sales teams from a technical perspective.
17. Proven track record of creating external relationships and working in partnership with stakeholders.
