About the Role As Shop Manager of our Beeston shop, you’ll play a key role in driving sales, leading a dedicated team of volunteers, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Every day will bring new opportunities to: Manage the shop’s daily operations, including sorting, displaying, and selling donated goods and Rainbows merchandise. Develop creative strategies to attract donations and boost sales. Recruit, train, and inspire a team of volunteers. Take ownership of financial targets and customer satisfaction. About You We’re looking for someone with: Retail or customer service experience Great leadership skills with the ability to recruit and motivate volunteers A results-driven mindset with experience in working towards financial targets A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
