Brierley J are working with a respected architectural practice based in Newcastle. They work across a range of sectors including education, healthcare, infrastructure, leisure, commercial and retail on projects valued up to £300 million.
The practice is looking to add an Assistant Project Coordinator their team, to support with project running and ensure the office is running smoothly.
Duties include:
* Welcoming and signing in guests.
* Ensuring team and guest areas are maintained, fully stocked and kept presentable.
* Assisting team leaders with preparing reports.
* Submitting planning applications via relevant portals.
* Assisting with workflow documentation.
* Arrange relevant meetings, travel requirements and keep diaries up to date for various team leaders.
* Monitor emails and screen telephone calls.
* Welcome new starters.
* Assist team members with managing project information and protocols.
The candidate coming in must be skilled in Microsoft Office as other software training will be given.
The practice is looking for someone who is organised, can meet multiple deadlines and prioritise their workload. Training will be provided for bringing you up to speed with the design software if necessary.
This is a permanent role with salary depending on experience.
Pay: £24,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
