The Role: Preparing tender and contract documents. Conducting detailed cost analysis. Assisting in defining client requirements and undertaking feasibility studies. Performing risk assessments, value management, and cost control. Advising on procurement strategies tailored to project needs. Analysing tender returns and providing detailed costings. Advising clients on suitable contract forms. Providing guidance on contractual claims. Preparing detailed progress reports and analyses. Valuing completed work and advising clients on payments. The Ideal Candidate: Flexible and willing to travel as required. 5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor. Working towards MRICS or membership of a relevant professional body.
