We are looking for a talented Bar Manager for the Hippodrome Casino's exciting new cocktail bar, Archive & Myth. Developed with our partners at Magic Mike Live, Archive & Myth is the premier cocktail bar within the Hippodrome that delivers unparalleled customer service, craft high concept cocktails and an exclusive experience for our guests. Youll be responsible for managing the hospitality team, as well as creating, and maintaining a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests. IS THIS YOU? SOMEONE WITH: Natural leadership skills who is able to understand every individual in their team, utilise their strengths and develop them in areas where they require encouragement A strong but flexible personality who is comfortable in an environment with conflicting needs and has a proactive approach to resolving conflict A desire to make every guest happy by offering a unique experience which goes beyond their expectations A sociable personality who engages easily with guests, is intuitive to what they are looking for and identifies how to offer more An exceptional communicator who instinctively changes their tone to get the best outcome It is essential that you at least five years experience managing a team and working in an elevated environment with extensive knowledge of spirits and cocktails.
