Description Wood is recruiting for a Fabric Maintenance (FM) Engineer to work in-house with our client in Aberdeen. This is a hybrid role with 3 days in the office a week. The FM Engineer will coordinate and manage all fabric maintenance activities, including but not limited to surface preparation & coating, insulation & PFP repairs, composite wrap repairs. When necessary or in Facilities Engineers absence coordinate & manage scaffolding activities, inspection activities (including RBI and vendor specific) and the repair order construction activities. The FM Engineer will also manage and deliver the Digital Twin software project in line with Dana Petroleum’s Anomaly Management procedure. The FM Engineer will report functionally to the Facilities Engineer and operationally to the Operations Superintended / Maintenance & Reliability Manager. Responsibilities Consultant to OCS and offshore discipline services provided within (but not limited to) the OCS remit Ensure works are carried out in accordance with company procedures and current legislation Ensure identified anomaly actions are thoroughly reviewed, suitable remedials agreed / approved and actioned. Progress with doing this via digital twin software Monitor project costs looking for efficiencies and ensure invoicing is completed in a timely manner Provide updates for relevant meetings / Monthly Report Management of Vendor contract (Digital Twin Project) Facility Engineer cover and DOA HSEQ Responsibilities: Everyone working for or on behalf of Dana Petroleum has the following responsibilities with regard to his or her work to: Familiarise with the Dana Policies, including the policies on HSE, Risk Management and Major Hazards; Familiarise with the One Dana Management System and its meaning for day-to-day work; Familiarise with the work and be aware of all associated risks for People, the Environment, Assets and Reputation (PEAR); Report any incident, near miss, hazards (unsafe acts/situations) and improvement suggestions; Know their roles and responsibilities; Actively participate in any job or HSEQ training or instruction by or on behalf of Dana Petroleum Qualifications Qualifications: Qualified with a degree (or equivalent) in a relevant area, i.e. Engineering and/or Project Management (or equivalent engineering experience) Knowledge & Experience: Broad technical/operational oil and gas experience. Ability to build and maintain good relationships with peers in partner oil companies. Competent in Microsoft office Good analytical approach to solving technical problems Good interpersonal, and communications skills Ability to work within diverse multi-disciplinary teams Results-oriented and articulate Displays high standards of ethical and professional behaviour, consistent with the company’s values and business conduct policies.
