My client based in Heanor is currently recruiting for a detail-oriented and experienced Business Administrator to join our team at the Heanor Site on a 6 -9 month fixed term contract
You will be required to work in the office Monday - Friday 08:30-17:00 with a 45 minute lunch break and Fridays 08:30-15:45
This role will be paid weekly through Manpower at £12.73 per hour
The successful candidate will be responsible for the day to day admin tasks of the site. This role involves managing phone lines, site visitors, booking/managing travel arrangements, and purchases across the teams.
Your key responsibilities
· Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all incoming calls, orders, and travel requests.
· Post : Help with outgoing letters/parcels/samples, and manage incoming post and notifications to recipients.
· Purchases: Ad-hoc purchases for departments from approved sellers
· Customers: Manage aspects of customer visits: site inductions/room bookings/travel arrangements/ food bookings
· Travel: Manage travel arrangements for various team members
· Support: Support team members across all areas of the business and being the point of contact for any queries
