Customer Team Member
Location: 5 Cheapside, St Pauls, London, EC2V 6AA
Pay: £13.15 per hour including London allowance
Contract: 15 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent, part time
Working pattern: varied shifts including early mornings (from 6am), afternoons, late evenings (until 11pm) and weekends, to be discussed at interview
Full, paid training provided.
You must be aged 18 or over to be a customer team member at Co-op, as it requires working before 6am or after 10pm.
We’re looking for Customer Team Members to join our team at Co-op.
As a Customer Team Member, you’ll be part of a friendly team that’s dedicated to helping our customers. You’ll provide great service on the tills and the shop floor, while also performing a wide range of other tasks around the store like re-stocking shelves and cleaning up spillages.
What you'll do:
* Provide friendly and thoughtful service – responding to queries, championing Co-op products and Membership, and delivering a great shopping experience.
* Work together to make everyone's day better – supporting your store colleagues to solve problems for customers and members.
* Ensure the store is safe and legal – keep the shelves stocked and make sure prices, dates, and temperatures are all as they should be.
* Help introduce new products and services – make changes feel natural, sharing experiences with your colleagues.
* Support your local community – get involved in activities and events!
