Job Description: As a Business Development Representative, you will be the external face of Learnsoft, responsible for understanding our products and services thoroughly and reaching out to potential clients who have shown interest. Your primary objective is to generate leads for the Sales Team by making phone calls after marketing campaigns. This role reports to the Sales Manager and involves collaborating closely with the sales department.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop an in-depth understanding of Learnsoft’s products and services
* Engage with potential clients via phone following marketing campaigns
* Generate leads for the Sales Team
* Maintain accurate records of calls made, contacts reached, and results achieved
* Identify and update the database with decision-makers for the services offered
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
* Excellent communication skills with the energy and enthusiasm to make cold calls
* Strong desire to make a high volume of cold calls in a business-to-business environment
* Ability to complete tasks on time with minimal supervision
* Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
