An exciting opportunity has arisen within a small but fast-paced print and design studio. They are seeking to expand the business and your contribution will result in direct financial benefits.
The key requirement for this client manager role is to be the main point of contact for clients and find solutions to match their requirements while maximizing business opportunities and customer satisfaction. The role will deal primarily with new and existing clients on the phone, by email, and face to face in the studio, but will also involve proactively looking for new opportunities. This business is strongly service-driven and strives to offer solutions that match and then exceed clients’ needs and expectations.
We are looking for someone who will show excellent communication and interpersonal skills, have a real desire to provide outstanding client service, be highly self-motivated, and determined to succeed. You will also have a keen eye for detail, high levels of energy, and a sense of fun while being able to work using your own initiative. You will have excellent organizational and time management skills in an often demanding environment. IT literacy and experience in the printing, digital, and business communications industry in a customer-facing environment will, of course, be key.
