If so, we want to hear from you Robertson Bell are excited to partner with an exceptional charity that is driven through a great mission to recruit for a Finance Assistant In this role you will be able to tackle financial challenges and grow your skillset and ecperience, on both sides of the ledger Key Responsibilities: Manage a backlog of credit card expenses and petty cash reconciliations across multiple subsidiaries. Ensure accurate monthly postings, including intercompany transactions. Address discrepancies in expense submissions, including missing receipts and direct debits. Collaborate with team members to explore automation opportunities for efficiency. Assist in tracking and reporting on financial data to support organisational growth. Person Specification: Experience with credit card, direct debit, petty cash, and intercompany financial processes. Strong Excel skills, including formatting, sorting, pivot tables, and VLOOKUPs. Familiarity with NAV and Xero systems. A team player who can work independently and is ready to take initiative. Excellent communication skills, used to liaise with stakeholders.
