Service Administrator Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and motivated administrator to join our busy admin service department. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Word, thrive in a fast-paced admin office environment, and be able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key responsibilities of the Service Administrator
-Handle and process incoming calls and emails from corporate customers, taking prompt action as needed. -Schedule appointments for our service managers, updating their service calls and diaries accordingly. - Process purchase orders from customers and follow up on quotations, ensuring they reach the appropriate stakeholders. - Assist in the invoicing process for subcontractors, ensuring invoices are directed to the correct departments. - Maintain accurate records and support the service department in daily operations.
