Our customers come first—never more true than in this role based out of our London office. You will provide focused support to our VIPs while representing our technical support team and escalating issues to the right specialist teams.
As a member of our IT Shared Service, you will be friendly and professional and have the ability to troubleshoot complex user issues and provide feedback on your learnings to the wider team.
In order to be successful, you will need experience in supporting, configuring, and deploying Microsoft Windows 10 desktop and laptop environments.
