We’re looking for a 1st / 2nd Line Support Technician to join our client based in Reading. This is an onsite role where you will be the first point of contact for IT issues, providing high-quality support and troubleshooting for end-users across a range of technologies. Key Responsibilities Provide 1st and 2nd line technical support via phone, email, and in-personDiagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issuesEscalate complex problems to 3rd line support when necessarySet up and maintain IT equipment, including desktops, laptops, and mobile devicesManage user accounts and permissions in Active Directory/Microsoft 365Document and track support tickets using a ticketing system We’re Looking For Experience in a 1st/2nd line IT support roleStrong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and Active DirectoryExcellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the want to build on your fundamental technical skillsYou MUST have Strong communication and customer service abilities coupled with the want and motivation to build your career and technical knowledge.On site role / Must be eligible to work in UK / Must have excellent communication skills.
