We are recruiting for a Full time Customer Service Assistant to work at Otter Garden Centre, Wincanton. This is a Full time role working 5 days per week.
You will be working in our Furniture/Christmas department.
This role will involve heavy lifting.
Requirements
Duties will include:
* Using the tills
* Helping customers with product enquiries and taking orders
* Using your detailed knowledge of the products in your department to increase sales
* Ensuring product layout is maintained to high standards
* Stock management, which will include managing all stock orders and deliveries
The ideal candidate will:
* Have excellent customer service & communication skills
* Be computer literate including Excel and PowerPoint
* Have warehouse experience including picking and packing of stock
* Be a strong team player
* Able to work on your own using your initiative
* Forklift experience is desirable
Hours
Full time working 5 days a week, permanent position.
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 9:00 AM - 5:45 PM and Sunday 9:00 AM - 4:45 PM.
