Office Manager immediately required to work with our client, Northern Ireland Ambulance Service based in Knockbracken Healthcare Park, Belfast. This is a temporary full time position working Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm for a minimum of 6 months with possible extension and the pay rate is £15.33 per hour.
The main duties of this role will be providing a high quality administrative and business function to ensure the effective and efficient running of the office including line management of staff, action all queries raised, assist in arranging meetings, events, and conferences as directed.
What We Need From You:
* Administrative experience to include 2 years experience (at Band 4 or equivalent) of supervision of staff
* RSA Typing Qualification/ECDL or equivalent Business Administration or management qualification
* Minute Taking Experience
