Job Role: Conveyancing Assistant

Nelson Bridges is working with a very established firm that acts for businesses and individual clients across a wide range of services which includes Residential Conveyancing, Commercial and Agricultural transactions.
The firm is hoping to recruit a Residential Property Legal Secretary permanently to assist in a busy property department.
Responsibilities
1. Audio Typing
2. Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and mortgage advisers
3. Ordering online pre-contract searches
4. Drafting completion statements
5. Completing and submitting online SDLT returns
6. Diary management
7. File management
