The Role
Reporting to the Sales and Marketing Director, capitalising on all the strengths of well-respected international brands, own label capability, significant investment in NPD and a purpose built, state of the art manufacturing facility, in order to grow sales within the UK grocery channel.
Responsibilities will include:
1. Strategy development and implementation
2. Personal key account management and development
3. Category management
4. Market analysis
5. Reporting and communication
6. Recruiting and leading a high calibre national sales team
7. Promoting a high-performance culture, putting the customer at the forefront of everything they do
The Person
Hands on, high calibre, National Account Manager, with a strong FMCG sales background, looking for your next move.
Both brand and own label experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
Demonstrable success at developing relationships with key grocery retail accounts, ensuring strong partnerships that drive sales and profitability.
An excellent communicator, relationship builder, with the ability to influence and persuade at all levels.
Personal credibility, vision and drive.
