Job Summary:
Bar Staff at Canvey Island FC are responsible for the operations of the club's bar facilities. This role will ensure excellent customer service and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Bar Staff will work closely with the Bar Manager to enhance the overall experience for club members and guests.
Key Responsibilities:
• Customer Service: Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained. Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
• Compliance: Ensure the bar complies with all health, safety, and licensing regulations. Conduct regular inspections and maintain cleanliness.
• Event Coordination: Work with the Bar Manager to plan and execute special events, match days, and private functions.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience working in a bar or similar role.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Understanding of health and Safety
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
