Job summary We are welcoming applicants for the role of Organisational Development Lead within our small and friendly Culture, Engagement and Organisational Development team. The post holder will be responsible for developing and delivering OD programmes to support the Trust's Vision and Strategic Plan. Working directly with our Clinical Care Groups and Corporate teams to improve the culture and leadership across the Trust.
