Hales Group is thrilled to be working with our client, who are seeking an Account Manager with a Business Development focus to join their bright and modernised office environment. This dynamic role balances strengthening relationships with existing customers and proactively driving new business opportunities. As a key player in the team, you’ll ensure clients receive exceptional support whilst also partnering with Sales Managers to secure new meetings and strategically grow the customer base.
Duties will include:
• Proactively secure and schedule quality meetings for Sales Managers, serving as the key initial point of contact for customers.
• Actively seeking and identifying new business opportunities to drive growth and expand the customer base.
• Champion the company’s products and services; strategically promoting them to target markets to drive growth and awareness.
• Build and nurture meaningful customer relationships through engaging telephone, video calls and email communication, ensuring a personalised experience.
• Maintain CRM system, capturing every step of the customer journey and ensuring follow-up actions are recorded.
• Analyse customer accounts to identify opportunities to maximise business growth and maintaining pipeline of sales opportunities.
• Develop technical / product knowledge of the company’s products and continuously keep up to date with the market and competition.
The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience of the following:
• Proven sales experience with a strong passion for achieving results and driving success.
• Ability to understand customer needs and deliver tailored, value-driven solutions.
• Skilled at nurturing long-term relationships with existing customers whilst also identifying opportunities to expand business.
• Highly target-driven with motivation to achieve goals.

• Confident and professional communication skills, with the ability to build strong rapport and trust with customers.

HOURS: Monday to Friday
DURATION: Permanent
PAY: Up to £35,000 Per Annum + Commission
