In collaboration with the Stores and Logistics Manager to project manage continual improvement initiatives within Aspire stores functions. To supervise, manage Team and account for materials held within the respective military accounts in the Authoritys stores in accordance with current regulations including management of F&L points. To supervise all transactions for the receipting, storage, issues and back loading of MoD material Ensure all procedure checks, equipment and running of the store is efficient and compliant. What Were Looking For: Qualifications: GCSE Maths and English or equivalent, with MJDI Unit Application Administration, JAMES and RQMS/CQMS qualified. Experience: Proven experience in leadership, people management and Military stores supervision or Management. Good understanding of Microsoft Office 365, relevant publications including Joint Services Publications and equipment management in line with MOD policy for equipment within current regulations. Skills: Ability to work independently as well as lead, inspire and motivate a team. Excellent client facing skills with confidence in assisting people at all levels.
