This is a full-time, permanent role working 35 hours per week on various shifts including: 8-4 (office based), 9-5 (home based), and 10-6 (home based). Your key duties will include:
1. Building relationships with your customer base,
2. Resolving queries in a timely manner,
3. Collecting missed payments via effective communication skills,
4. Referring customers to the relevant support networks,
5. Performing other ad hoc tasks.
To be considered, you must have a good telephone manner and some degree of customer service experience.
