Invoicing Supervisor Location: Tewkesbury Contract type: Permanent, Full time Hours: Monday - Friday (9am - 5:30pm) Salary: £41,000 - £42,000 Per Annum MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB The Invoicing Supervisor is responsible for the smooth administration and management of the end-to-end invoicing process for Restore Information Management.KEY TASKS Ensuring the accuracy of invoicing for the company and its customers Managing the accurate preparation of client's invoices to reduce errors Management of a team of 2 Invoicing Administrators Management of customer pricing files to ensure rates are in line with Contractual Terms and Conditions Ensuring the completion of invoicing requirements to month-end deadlines Timely delivery of invoices and supporting documentation to customers Liaising with internal and external stakeholders regarding invoicing issues and requests Identifying initiatives to improve the invoicing processes and procedures Resolving customer queries effectively and efficiently SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Demonstrable experience in a similar role Excellent numeracy skills to handle complex invoicing investigations Ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines Attention to detail and high accuracy levels Focus on providing excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders Excellent time management and organizational skills Experience of O’Neils Warehouse Management System Desirable but not essential OTHER INFORMATION As a key member of the finance team, we are looking for our Invoicing Supervisor to: Develop and motivate the invoicing team members Have positive can-do attitude Adopt a proactive approach to problem solving Communicate effectively Be a strong team player who can collaborate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders COMPLIANCE RESPONSIBILITIES Adhere to all Company Policies and Procedures contained in the Codes of Conduct, Information Security, Environmental, Health and Safety and Quality Management Systems Report any Health & Safety, Quality, Information Security, Environmental and Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery incidents to your supervisor/line manager Managers are responsible for training staff on Company Policies and Procedures contained in Health & Safety, Quality, Information Security, Environmental and Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery Management Systems.
