Housekeeping Club is a leading commercial cleaning business based in Kendal. We are currently seeking a cleaner for a pub in Windermere. The hours will be 8am-10am 4 days a week including Saturday. We are flexible on the days depending on your availability.
This is a permanent 8h per week contract. We also have holiday let cleaning opportunities in the area if you wanted to top up your hours on Mondays and Fridays, potentially giving you a total of 12-20 hours per week.
Tasks
Duties:
* Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
* Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies
* Empty trash and replace liners
* Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces
* Clean and disinfect high-touch areas such as doorknobs, light switches, and handrails
* Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
* Report any maintenance or repair needs to supervisor or client
Requirements
Requirements:
* Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial work preferred but not required
* Ability to work independently and follow instructions
* Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks
* Good physical stamina and ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift
* Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed within designated timeframes
* Reliable transportation to and from work
