QA Manager Food Manufacturing
This factory-based role involves leading the QA team, setting and maintaining quality standards, and ensuring the Quality Management System (QMS) stays up to date. Key tasks include applying HACCP principles, monitoring food microbiology trends, and managing communication with stakeholders. You’ll promote a quality-focused culture, coach the QA team, and support all departments in meeting technical and quality goals.
Additional duties include system support, trend analysis, conducting audits, and collaborating on projects, particularly with the New Product Development (NPD) team.
