Sales Consultant 250 Units Walberton The Role: As the Sales Consultant, your main purpose will be sales generation, acting as the primary point of contact for prospective house buyers, guiding them through the process from initial meeting to handover of their new home. Thursday - Monday 9:30am - 5pm Duties: Proactively selling New Homes via following up leads and booking viewing appointments Track and respond to all leads and enquiries Showing potential clients around properties Controlling the sales process and liaising with mortgage consultants and solicitors to ensure a smooth sale Negotiating and securing sales Ensuring potential buyers are financially qualified Update internal CRM systems What are they looking for?
