Title: Client Payroll Administrator
Rate: £15 per hour plus holiday pay
Location: UK - Remote
Contract: Fixed Term until June 2025
We're seeking a skilled Payroll Administrator to join a Payroll Services organisation on a temporary basis until the end of June 2025. Working remotely, you'll deliver accurate and timely payroll services to valued clients.
Key Responsibilities
Process full end-to-end payroll cycles for multiple clients
Ensure accurate calculation and processing of salaries, bonuses, commissions, and deductions
Maintain compliance with UK tax regulations and employment legislation
Handle client queries professionally and efficiently
Process starters, leavers and payroll amendments
Prepare and submit RTI submissions to HMRC
Generate and distribute payslips and reports
Reconcile payroll data and resolve discrepancies
Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience in bureau/client payroll processing
Comprehensive knowledge of the entire payroll lifecycle
Strong understanding of UK payroll legislation, including PAYE, NI and pension regulations
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently while managing multiple client accounts
Experience with payroll software systems
Good time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
