We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our client in Wolverhampton on a temporary to permanent basis. If you have the required skills, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Process sales orders and ensure timely delivery to customers.
Provide exceptional customer support by handling inquiries and resolving issues related to products or orders.
Maintain accurate sales records and update customer databases.
Coordinate with the sales team to schedule appointments and follow up on leads.
Prepare sales reports and analyse sales performance metrics.
Manage sales contracts and other relevant documents.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the inventory team to ensure product availability.
Generate and send invoices to customers and follow up on payments.
Act as a liaison between the sales team, customers, and other departments.
Provide general administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings and organising travel arrangements.Requirements:
Proven experience in a sales administration role or similar position.
Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
