Salary: £25,582.00 to £28,129.00 per annum (depending on experience), plus NHS pension
An exciting opportunity has arisen at Badger Group, a social enterprise that works with key stakeholders including NHS Trusts, local authorities, local Councillors & MPs, and GPs to deliver best patient care.
As an out of hours and urgent care provider, we are seeking a Finance / Payroll Assistant reporting to our Finance Manager.
We are looking for a self-starter who is self-sufficient, proactive, adaptable, a good communicator, and a valued team member. You should be highly motivated to excel in your role, providing a comprehensive, professional, and effective service.
You must have highly developed organisational and time management skills as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Experience as a Finance / Payroll Assistant is essential, with sound knowledge and understanding of basic accounting procedures and substantial experience in preparing and processing payroll.
This position requires you to work 37.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday.
