Your role and responsibilities manage and lead technical projects within the Core Tech Team conduct requirements analysis and project planning enable the delivery of the Council’s corporate change and IT transformation portfolio ensure projects are delivered on time, to quality, and within budget support business transformation programmes. You will need proven experience in IT project management strong understanding of technical project requirements and planning excellent leadership and team management skills ability to deliver projects within budget and on time strong analytical and problem-solving skills. The team is made up of technical experts covering multiple disciplines including: Networks, Servers, Client Devices and General Infrastructure. This role will matrix manage resources across the IT space to deliver projects identified in the Core Technology Strategy.
