Job Description
With our processes already well established, we are looking for capability over experience. We have good training plans in place, and we are looking for interest from people with initiative, a strong work ethic, and a customer-centric attitude.
This full-time role will see you work centrally in our Group Support Centre in Horsham, assisting our various Sales teams across our Branch Network. You’ll be busy processing and reconciling invoices, tracking sales on our systems, and ensuring all relevant documentation is well organized and prepared. You’ll be regularly liaising with our Sales teams across South Australia and Victoria, so you’ll need to be a confident communicator and love being organized.
This would suit someone with the below capabilities:
1. Attention to detail: This is an important quality, and we are looking for people who see this as one of their key strengths – we have well-defined processes to follow to help you, and full training will be provided.
2. Accounting / Financial background: Helpful – no qualification needed – just a talent for numbers and logical thinking.
3. Confident IT Skills: Basic Excel skills and desire to learn new systems.
4. Ability and willingness to learn: Develop with the role and the business.
5. Effective communicator: Highly organized with effective time management and strong teamwork skills.
6. Previous experience in administration: Very helpful.
7. Knowledge of agriculture industry: Always helpful but not essential.
