Creating high-quality lesson plans that are in line with the curriculum. Whether a new qualified teacher or an experienced one, you will need to be confident in delivering high quality lessons to students, with ranging abilities. Effectivemunication, teamwork and organisational skills are crucial. You will be responsible for assessing work, providing constructive feedback, and maintaining a thorough understanding of curriculum material.What you’ll need to succeedYou will need to be a qualified Maths teacher, with recent experience and the ability to provide references. Previous experience working in a secondary school setting is crucial. You must feel confident in delivering lesson plans to KS3 and KS4 students and be able to manage groups of 20–30 students. You will need to effectively handle challenging behaviour and have a team-oriented attitude with the ability to build positive relationships essential.puter literacy and a strong knowledge of health and safety are vital to your success.
