* Monitor baking process to identify any deviations from quality standards.
* Inspect products for quality and consistency.
* Ensure all baking equipment and tools are cleaned and maintained regularly.
* Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and storage practices.
Experience:
* Strong knowledge of baking techniques and processes.
* Food production experience required.
* Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately.
* Excellent time management and organizational skills.
* Good communication and teamwork skills.
Health and Safety:
* Ability to stand for extended periods.
* Ability to lift heavy bags of flour, sugar, and other baking ingredients.
* Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as required.
