We are now actively seeking Repair Management Advisors to be part of our team covering the roles and responsibilities across the evenings and/or weekends and join a company that continues to expand across the UK. Responsibilities: To take incoming calls from our customers in a timely manner Record vehicle defects and issues Manage vehicle defects through the repair process, recording and updating all necessary information. Ensuring our customers are updated throughout the repair process. Managing our suppliers throughout the process To ensure that accurate records of all events are kept and maintained. To co-ordinate and escalate major incidents Ensure all operational related client service performance indicators are met Additional Ad-Hoc roles as required by the business.
