What You’ll Be Doing:
* End-to-End Recruitment – Manage the full hiring process, from sourcing to placement.
* Industry-Focused Hiring – Develop targeted recruitment strategies for Social Care, Construction, and Education.
* Candidate Sourcing – Use job boards, social media, networking, and innovative strategies to find the best talent.
* Building Relationships – Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and deliver top candidates.
* Talent Pipeline Management – Maintain a strong database of skilled professionals for future opportunities.
* Enhancing Candidate Experience – Ensure smooth communication, timely feedback, and a positive recruitment journey.
* Process Improvement – Collaborate with HR and department heads to streamline hiring and onboarding.
1. What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or sales, would be desirable.
* Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and talent attraction strategies.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills—you build relationships effortlessly.
* Ability to juggle multiple vacancies across different industries and stay organised under pressure.
* A proactive, creative, and problem-solving mindset.
* Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
