Assistant Store Manager
Location: Hartlepool
Schedule: 5 out of 7 days a week.
Job Description:
As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be in charge of maximizing sales, helping coach and support staff, and possessing great product knowledge to portray the highest standard of customer service. You will build great relationships with customers and staff and use those relationships to develop profitable sales.

The job responsibilities include:
* Providing high standards of customer service, in person, over email, or on the phone
* Assisting with the day-to-day running of the business
* Creating strategies to achieve sales and targets
* Completing health and safety protocols to ensure a safe and clean workplace
* Managing stock levels
* Supporting your store manager to grow and develop the business
About you:
As an Assistant Store Manager, you will need to have a can-do attitude. You should have extensive motor experience, including knowledge of all parts. You will also have knowledge of using customer systems and software.
