You will assess the performance of Childcare students in a variety of settings, including Nurseries and Primary Schools. You will give accurate, informed, developmental feedback to the students linked to the EYFS. You will work with both 16-18 and adult (inc. HE) students, liaise with Childcare Lecturers and report to the Childcare Lead Assessor. You will also support with other Curriculum duties such as tutoring students, supporting students to progress within their industry placements, as well as some administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assessing student performance in different settings

3. Identifying the best possible placements for students and preparing the students for this work experience.
4. Maintaining positive relationships with external stakeholders
5. Communicating clearly with students and liaising with Lecturers/Curriculum Leader
