Pertemps are excited to be working with a leading law firm who are looking for an experienced Receptionist on a temporary basis for 4-6 weeks.
Responsibilities:
1. Be the first point of contact for clients, visitors and colleagues.
2. Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean and presentable.
3. Handle incoming calls, emails and enquiries, directing them to the appropriate person or department.
4. Manage meeting room bookings.
5. Maintain health and safety, removing risk slips and trips.
6. Ensure all visitors are checked into the building accordingly.
7. Assist with general administration tasks, including data entry.
8. Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
Requirements as a Receptionist:
1. Previous reception and front of house experience.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
3. Proficient with Microsoft.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills.
5. Organised and detail-oriented.
The Role:
1. £12.50 per hour.
2. Full time hours - Monday to Thursday 0900 - 17.30 and 0900 - 17.00 on Fridays.
3. Part time hours are also available Monday to Thursday 1pm - 17.30 and 1pm - 17.00 on Fridays.
