Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Home Manager located in Solihull at Serenity Specialist Care. The Home Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the home, coordinating care and support services for the residents, managing staff, and ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for the children.
Qualifications
* Experience in managing residential homes or similar settings
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Knowledge of Autism Spectrum Disorders and best practices in care
* Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
* Experience in crisis management and decision-making
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
* First aid and CPR certification
* Relevant degree or qualification in social work, psychology, or a related field
