Site Service Manager We are seeking a Regional Service Manager to oversee service operations within a defined region, ensuring the successful delivery of all service works from contract receipt through to completion. This role is pivotal in planning, coordinating, and managing service works, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest safety standards. You will be responsible for managing and developing a team of Project Engineers and Site Technicians, ensuring optimal deployment of resources and compliance with company policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities Oversee the safe, efficient, and on-budget delivery of all service projects. Ensure full understanding and compliance with commercial and contractual project elements. Lead planning, scheduling, and management of resources, materials, subcontractors, and site labour. Conduct site scoping to support the production of service work quotations. Assist in preparing major quotations for service and related works. Work closely with Project and Service Sales teams to maximise opportunities. Provide accurate progress updates for project forecasting and labour scheduling. Maintain the highest Health & Safety standards, ensuring compliance with all regulations and company policies. The ideal Site Service Manager We are looking for an experienced manager in service project delivery, capable of developing and stabilising a team of Project Engineers, ensuring projects are effectively planned and delivered safely, on time, and on budget. Proven experience in a similar or related role, ideally in the water industry and construction project environment. Previous managerial experience in a relevant function. Strong commercial awareness (forecasting, construction contracts, change management). Ability to prioritise and manage workload under shifting deadlines. Experience managing subcontractors and key customer relationships professionally. Proficiency in MS Office Suite. Full UK driving licence required. What We Offer Competitive salary.
