The successful candidate must be an excellent communicator, confident and with the ability to manage a demanding and ever changing workload and will assist with the implementation of the Governance strategy in order to improve the quality of services and clinical care within the Trust. This role works in close consultation with the relevant Divisional/Directorate Leaders driving forward the Organisational strategic intents and goals related to Clinical Governance and Risk, operationalising the varying work activities. This role is pivotal in building the relationships at all levels with the Division, and linking the Central Clinical Governance Department with the Division. This is a hands-on role and we are looking for someone with significant knowledge, skills and experience relating to the job description and person specification.
