Having formed less than 10 years ago, this firm is considered Manchester's leading legal disrupter. With L500 accolades across many practice areas coupled with recruiting Partners from top 10 International firms, they are now looking to take the next step on their growth journey with the addition of an Insolvency Partner.
The firm
This firm specializes in a broad array of legal services focusing on big ticket business clients across Corporate Law, Employment Law, Commercial Disputes, Construction, and more. They boast a strong team that handles HNW/UHNW individual work spanning Property, Private Client, and Family. For lawyers looking to join a fully serviced practice that encourages cross-referral work, collaboration, and teamwork, this is an excellent choice.
Despite housing partners who trained and progressed at larger internationals, there is a very open-door culture here. The partners are accessible to associates and senior associates, providing a rare platform to collaborate with leaders in the field. As a result, routes to progression in terms of job title and technical ability are far clearer and more transparent at this practice compared to their international competitors.
There is a significant level of financial investment in the practice from the partnership, giving any fee-earner the chance to join a firm that is undoubtedly going to grow significantly in the next 5 to 10 years.
