Salary: £26,000 - £31,000 FTE
Type: Full-time, covering maternity leave
You will carry out the role of Credit Controller for our Turn IT On and School ICT Services (SICT) lines of business. You will show a high degree of flexibility as the role develops and work proactively to define processes and controls over the coming months.
Responsibilities:
Reporting initially to the Finance Director, the purpose of your role will be to maximise cash collections and ensure our customers settle their accounts in a timely manner. You will act as a trusted colleague to the rest of the finance team, based across Leeds and Witney, and work closely with colleagues across the company.
You will be expected to integrate quickly and become a valued member of a highly effective team but also demonstrate your ability to work independently and deliver the task at hand. Your excellent organisational skills will be key as we raise high volumes of invoices and maintaining a clean ledger is paramount to the role. You will use your people and communication skills to ensure the right balance of listening to our customers whilst negotiating tricky situations to maximise cash and maintain positive relationships.
Qualifications:
* Experienced in managing accounts receivable in a high invoice volume business and able to prioritise accordingly
* Excellent Microsoft Office skills, with a particular focus on Excel
* Experience with a variety of finance systems; Access Dimensions and/or Xero would be an advantage
In return, we offer a salary of between £26,000 - £31,000 full time equivalent.
