Join Our Team as a Core Services Delivery Manager!
Do you have experience in the events and exhibitions industry? Are you competent in the six aspects of Scope, Schedule, Financial, Risk, Quality, and Resources? If so, we want YOU!
As our Core Services Delivery Manager, you will manage the delivery of Core Operations at show site, including Electrics, Stand Fitting, Floor Covering, and Furniture.
Main Duties include:
1. Evaluate, assess and manage all the associated risks involved that may affect the delivery of the project.
2. Work from the information provided by the Account managers brief and any additional works orders.
3. Ensure H&S compliance is adhered to by all staff (internal and appointed Contractors), including checking that the relevant training is undergone.
4. Be responsible for the delivery of the project meeting the minimum expected outcomes & benefits.
5. Work as part of the overall Operations team, including Ops planning, Account Management onsite delivery, and the Venue stakeholders that can influence the overall project.
6. Oversee and manage the dedicated onsite labour of the project.
7. Produce a timely post-show report highlighting any issues or over achievements for learnings and remedial actions.
8. Adhere to the published SLAs dependent on the Organiser and the show.
9. Fully utilise any software systems that form part of the SOPs within the department.
You will have:
Experience in the Exhibition and Events Industry or a similar role. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under your own initiative. Good communication skills, be a quick learner, team player, and willing to travel. Excellent organisation and strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills, as well as strong interpersonal skills.

Salary
This role offers a competitive salary, dependent on experience. We operate a reward strategy based on our team members receiving a salary that best reflects their experience and skill level.
Hours of work
Normal working hours are Monday to Friday – 5pm. On occasion, you may be required to work evenings and weekends during busy periods to meet the demands of the business.
Annual leave
Our holiday entitlement is days per annum (plus bank holidays and statutory public holidays).
